Aryn was born on November 20, 1988, the beloved son of Mitchell E. and Shana (Patterson) Mundy. Though Aryn was preceded in death by his father, whom he deeply loved and admired, his paternal grandparents James E. & Mary Mundy, and his maternal grandparents David & Marilyn Patterson, he carried their legacies in his heart with great pride. The bond he shared with his father was especially strong, rooted not only in love but also in their shared passion for working with their hands. Together, they ran a detailing and window tinting business, a trade that gave Aryn both purpose and pride — a tangible expression of his craftsmanship and dedication.
Aryn had a gift for creating, whether it was polishing a car to perfection or building custom lowrider bicycles. He found beauty and joy in these hobbies, often seen gliding through the streets on one of his custom bikes or lending a hand to anyone in need of a tune-up. His passion wasn’t just about the bikes or the cars — it was about connection. He loved engaging with others who shared his interests and was always generous with his time and knowledge. If he could teach, share, or help, he would do it without hesitation.
To his family, Aryn was a loving pillar of strength and compassion. He is survived by his devoted mother, Shana Mundy, who raised him with fierce love and unwavering support. Aryn also leaves behind his brother Ryan Mundy and sister-in-law Makenna, whose lives were enriched by his presence, laughter, and the countless memories they built together. He was a proud uncle to Wrenley, whom he adored with all his heart — always quick with a smile and a goofy moment to make her giggle.

High Street, Springfield, Ohio. Friends and family are invited to call between 11:00 AM and 1:00 PM, followed by a funeral service at 1:00 PM. Interment will take place at Rose Hill Burial Park, where Aryn will be laid to rest beside his beloved father, finally reunited in peace.
